Charu studied Economics in college but from a very young age her true passion was in cooking and being a good host. Growing up she was that kid who invited everyone to her house for a party as she enjoyed planning, decorating, putting together a menu and tying everything to a theme. After planning numerous events for family and friends she realized this was the career for her. Before starting Save The Date, she taught cooking different cuisines for several years. Her fantastic eye for design, fierce attention to details. management skills and flawless execution was noticed by her friends and they encouraged her to start an event planning company with Kavita who is equally passionate about events.
Charu loves getting to know each of her clients and being part of their special day she helps bring to life their dream event. Save The Date is not only her business but her passion too.

Kavita was raised in a large family in a home with sprawling gardens and learnt the art of planning, decorating and hosting in her early age . She found immense enjoyment and pleasure in it which is evident in the passion she brings to Save the Date. Her creative mindset is rooted in her education. Her love for Elizabethan era led her to pursue Masters in English Literature. This gives her unique advantage when bringing her talent , resourcefulness and artistic element to Event Planning.
Kavita has an innate ability to understand people and making them feel special and takes pride in spreading joy through her culinary creativity and gracious hosting.
Kavita is also no stranger to the tech world. She worked at Intel early in her career and understands the demanding nature of Silicon Valley. She brings this same tenacity to the events she hosts, plans, and executes with her partner Charu, who is a brilliant compliment to Kavita. Charu’s meticulous work ethic and management skills and creative hosting with Kavita’s warmth, creativity and artistic vision make them a force in the event planning business.

Chandani always believed that creativity has no limits. Growing up in India, living in 3 different states, Chandani was always surrounded by people from different cultures and traditions. From a very young age, Chandani was fascinated by learning and studying different languages, culture and people.
While growing up, Chandani was always ready to explore the world, and she decided to pursue her Masters in Media and Events from Australia. Living in a multicultural country like Australia, and working for a while in the event industry, Chandani realized this was her lifelong passion. She moved back to India, and continued to work in corporate events and worked for clients like DOW Chemicals, Lodha Group, Tata, Future Group etc.
Chandani moved to the USA in 2017, and persuaded her love for technical designing in the field of User Experience Design too. With her mix talent of creativity, and technical forte, she brings in the processes, an eye for detail, management, and curating client centric experiences. She joined Save The Date as her passion for the wedding industry and continued to make her mark in it. Making her way from corporate industry, tech industry to the wedding industry has been an exhilarating journey which she enjoys every single day.
